Natalie Cintra
Principal + Project Manager
Natalie has over 20 years of experience in commercial design and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon. She has worked for international architectural design firms and brings her extensive design background to every project. She’ll work with you throughout the entire project ensuring Lotus meets your budget and maintains the project’s schedule and design requirements.

Brenda Schinka
Designer + Art Consultant
Brenda brings a diverse background to our team with over 10 years of design experience and a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Florida. She’ll work with you to develop a tailored artwork package from floor plans to 3D renderings. With her extensive knowledge in graphic design, she can create custom artwork, brand graphics, and sculptures to meet your projects unique design.
Zoe Papas
Graphic Designer + Art Consultant
Zoe received her master’s in studio art from the Florence Academy of Art. She also has over 5 years of experience in graphic design roles. Her background in fine art coupled with her commercial art experience makes her a well-rounded and versatile designer. With her extensive knowledge in graphic design, she will work with you to create custom branded graphics and murals for corporate, hospitality or healthcare design spaces.
